Fornoza is one of the few mobile pizza caterers regularly working in this part of Berkshire, and we're familiar with what events here require.
Newbury Racecourse is the most visible venue in the area, but there's far more to the local events scene than race days. 48-Hour Sourdough
Our dough cold-ferments for at least 48 hours. That slow process gives it a depth of flavour and a lightness that fast dough can't replicate — and it's one of the first things guests comment on.
Local Ingredients
We source toppings from local and regional suppliers wherever possible. That means better flavour, shorter supply chains, and a menu that reflects where we're working as much as where we're based.
Fully Mobile Oven
The wood-fired oven comes on the trailer, fires up to over 400°C, and needs only a safe outdoor space. No mains connection, no kitchen requirements — fully self-contained from setup to service.

The Kennet Valley and Downs produce some of the most beautiful rural wedding settings in the South East. We're comfortable on farms and in fields, and can operate entirely off-grid where needed.
Racecourse & Events
Corporate hospitality and race-day celebrations are a regular part of the Newbury calendar. We add something different to the usual event catering package — something people remember.
Village & Community Events
Fetes, village shows, community fundraisers — the area has a strong community event culture and we love being part of it. Flexible sizing and no minimum for smaller bookings.
The drive from our base adds a small travel surcharge for west Berkshire locations, but for events of 60 guests or more it rarely makes a material difference to the overall cost. We're transparent about pricing from the first enquiry — no surprises.
