We source toppings from local and regional suppliers wherever possible. That means better flavour, shorter supply chains, and a menu that reflects where we're working as much as where we're based.
Fully Mobile Oven
The wood-fired oven comes on the trailer, fires up to over 400°C, and needs only a safe outdoor space. No mains connection, no kitchen requirements — fully self-contained from setup to service.

Riverside Weddings
The Thames at Henley is among the most romantic wedding settings in England. We've catered receptions on private riverbanks, in meadow marquees above the town, and in historic boathouses along the water.
Regatta Season Events
Henley fills with corporate and private entertaining throughout July. Our oven is a natural fit for riverside marquees, garden parties and hospitality events during the regatta season.
Chiltern Country Events
The Chiltern Hills above Henley are dotted with farm venues, estate barns and walled gardens that host some of the most beautiful rural events in the South East.
Phyllis Court, Stonor Park, the Hotel du Vin — Henley's venue offer is strong, and we work comfortably alongside their in-house teams. For private gardens along the river between Henley Bridge and Remenham, we're particularly well suited: our setup is compact, the oven runs cleanly, and the result looks and tastes exceptional.
