Catering at Private Events
From quote to confirmation
Most enquiries start with date, postcode, guest count, and event type. We return a clear per-head picture where it applies, plus travel if you are outside our included miles. A deposit secures the date; the balance ties to your timeline in the contract.
We read venue notes carefully — access, noise curfews, and power if we are indoors. The earlier we talk to your planner or site contact, the smoother setup on the day.
On the day
We typically need roughly an hour to set and the same to pack down, depending on layout. Service windows are planned so queues stay short: high-output bakes, clear queuing, and staff who know the running order.
Pizza works for private events because it is fast, familiar, and easy to eat standing or seated. It suits welcome slices, main service, or late-evening food without a full silver-service footprint.
Working with venues
We carry the documentation venues ask for — insurance, risk assessments, and allergen information. If your site has quirks (narrow lanes, listed buildings, sound limits), tell us early so we can plan the right rig: horsebox, gazebo, or hybrid.
Whether you are in Reading, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, or West London, the goal is the same: food that feels intentional, service that feels calm, and a team you are happy to introduce to your guests.
